Company management

CHODOS has been a family-based company since 2013. The current co-owner of the company, Mr. Miroslav Černý, bought the shares from the remaining co-owners with his sons.

Both sons have been co-owners since then. The company´s owners are Miroslav Černý Sr. and his two sons, Daniel Černý and Miroslav Černý Jr.

The owners are directly involved in everyday management as directors and managing directors.

Miroslav Černý Sr. has been connected with the company since 1966, when he started working in CHODOS, Daniel Černý has been working in CHODOS since 1990 and Miroslav Černý Jr. since 2013.
